Conceptualize engaging campaigns, programs, and activations that keep our brand exciting and tapped into youth culture. Collaborate with a passionate, creator-centric team to inspire massive earned media and creator action. Execute brand campaigns, brand partnerships/collaborations, and creator amplification strategies and tactics. Develop strategic, cultural consumer marketing rooted in deep consumer insight and understanding of market dynamics. Deliver effective marketing plans that move the needle and drive success for creators.
Experience in strategic, cultural consumer marketing with a deep understanding of consumer and market dynamics. Proven track record in executing brand campaigns, brand partnerships/collaborations, and creator amplification strategies. Experience in consumer brands or creative agencies is strongly preferred. Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging campaigns that resonate with youth culture. Strong collaboration skills to work with a passionate, creator-centric team.
