Ericsson is looking for a Business Controller to pro-actively engage with and influence the Key Account & Global Customer Unit Telefonica. In this role, you will drive performance management, efficiency improvement, and execution of the KAM's strategic and financial agenda while working with adequate pre-sale business partnering, business case modeling, and post-sales performance follow-up.
Lead the Key Account’s end-to-end financial framework, business planning and performance management
Execute unit governance, compliance and adherence on financial framework and business process
Provide pre-sale and post-sale business partnering & financial advisory to the business that drives value creation.
Post-sale performance follow up versus business cases, forecast and targets. Perform project controlling and project governance.
Identify & address project portfolio control and performance related risks in Business Case (P/L, B/S including WCAP & Cash Flow)
Drive finance mandate and compliance. Act with integrity and speak up on adherence to Code of Business Ethics (CoBE), Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC).
Engage with key stakeholders to perform strategic risk analysis
Advise on accounting of certain price models, incentives & contract combinations
Engage with Operations during project setup to ensure efficient breakdown of Business case into Fulfillment Assignment
Analyze financial performance versus operational progress, identify early signs and opportunities, advise & propose improvements for projects
Ensure financial risk management by identifying & quantify risks impacting the financial result, propose mitigations and evaluate the need for loss provision, for projects in scope
Good Business / Customer Understanding
Core Financial skills. Broad experience with both the technical and business aspects of finance. KAM Controllers wear multiple hats as they solve problems and help build businesses and markets. This requires experience prioritizing, building and deploying the right financial infrastructure for the stage of development of the business.
Brings a strong leadership experience along with credibility & seniority. Is someone who can operate independently, has worked with demanding customers and in challenging business environment. Should have the ability to interface with customers.

Communication. Advanced experience with business partnering, formal and interpersonal communications across global and diverse organizations, influencing and change management initiatives.
Additional requirements:
Education: MBA or Master in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience in the Telco / ICT industry or CAPEX heavy B2B similar industries
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience from relevant position within Ericsson or relevant position at an external company giving the ability to act and perform the duties of the role Business Controller
