• Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support ASUS’s mission, values, and long-term objectives
• Drive financial planning and analysis to enable data-driven decision making across the organization
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information and reporting in accordance with global standards
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions
• Champion cost optimization, risk management, and sustainable business practices
• Collaborate with executive leadership to evaluate new business opportunities and investments
• Foster a culture of innovation, responsibility, and continuous improvement within the finance team

• Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the technology sector
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for large, multinational organizations
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• Track record of driving innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction through financial stewardship
• Commitment to integrity, responsibility, and sustainability in all business practices
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
