CFO

Papa 0801 is seeking a mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a fast-growing healthcare company dedicated to improving the lives of older adults and families. We are looking for a compassionate, innovative, and values-aligned leader who is passionate about leveraging financial expertise to drive positive social impact and sustainable growth.

• Develop and execute financial strategies that support Papa 0801’s mission and long-term goals
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive business growth and operational excellence
• Lead financial planning and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Ensure integrity and transparency in all financial processes and reporting
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and key stakeholders
• Identify and implement innovative financial solutions to enhance efficiency and impact
• Foster a culture of empowerment, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the finance team

• Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in healthcare or mission-driven organizations
• Demonstrated track record of developing and executing financial strategies in a growth environment
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to compassion, respect, and inclusivity
• Experience managing teams and building a positive, empowering work culture
• Alignment with Papa 0801’s mission and values, with a passion for making a positive impact in communities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
