How You'll Contribute

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that support Papa 0801’s mission and long-term goals
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive business growth and operational excellence
  • Lead financial planning and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Ensure integrity and transparency in all financial processes and reporting
  • Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and implement innovative financial solutions to enhance efficiency and impact
  • Foster a culture of empowerment, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within the finance team

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in healthcare or mission-driven organizations
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing financial strategies in a growth environment
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
