• Assist customers with their banking needs and inquiries

• Handle cash and check deposits and withdrawals

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a banking or customer service role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
