Why This Role Matters

The Corporate Strategy Lead will manage the annual strategic and business planning process for Electrify America, which results in the company’s long-term financial plan. The selected individual converts key variables and inputs into annual and quarterly objectives and key results (OKRs) and KPIs, measuring, reporting, and managing process throughout the year to ensure that the plan translates into effective execution.


How You'll Contribute

  • Annual Strategic and Business Planning (40%): Partner with other members of the team to convert long-term market trends and company strategy into business case inputs with discrete scenarios then working with departmental leadership to develop an annual financial forecast and budget for the company.

  • Performance Management (40%): Identify key success factors to the financial plan and translate these into OKRs and company KPIs in collaborations with Electrify America’s executive leadership team, measuring and reporting on these figures monthly.

  • Investor and VW AG coordination (20%): Serve as the company’s subject matter expert for strategic and financial planning, communicating with investors and VW AG on plan develop as well as key data points in the current plan. Aligning with and supporting the VW AG planning round process requirements as well as monthly investor touch-points, both in coordination with Electrify America’s finance team.

  • German language skills helpful, but not required

Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.

In the state of California, the salary range is $94,300 - $143,900.

In the state of Colorado, the salary range is $85,700 - $130,800.

In the state of Washington, the salary range is $94,300 - $143,900.

In New York City, the salary range is $102,800 - $157,000.

In Westchester County, the salary range is $102,800 - $157,000.

In the state of Rhode Island, the salary range is $85,700 - $130,800.
