How You'll Contribute

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking technology vision aligned with Papa 0710’s mission and values
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse engineering and product team
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and care teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance social support for older adults
  • Ensure technology infrastructure and data practices meet the highest standards of security, privacy, and compliance
  • Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and empowerment within the technology organization
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve care delivery and member experience
  • Represent Papa 0710’s technology vision to internal and external stakeholders

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a technology-driven organization (preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or social impact sectors)
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling secure, reliable, and user-centric digital products
  • Strong technical background in software development, cloud infrastructure, and data security
  • Track record of leading and inspiring diverse, high-performing teams

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA) and best practices in healthcare technology
