How You'll Contribute

  • Engage inbound and outbound prospects to understand needs and recommend suitable Globe Life insurance products
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, video, and digital channels, resolving questions and guiding applicants through the sales and onboarding process
  • Educate clients on policy features, eligibility, premiums, claims processes, and value propositions
  • Follow a consultative sales process to present quotes, overcome objections, and close enrollments compliantly
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in CRM and adhere to all regulatory and agency documentation standards
  • Collaborate with agency leaders to meet weekly activity metrics and monthly production targets
  • Support policyholders post-sale with billing updates, beneficiary changes, and coverage reviews
  • Continuously develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance practices through training
  • Uphold HMG’s standards of integrity, diversity, inclusion, and transparency in every client interaction

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally in insurance, financial services, call center, or similar client-facing environment
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills with a professional phone/video presence
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding activity and production targets
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort using CRM and digital communication tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules across North America
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
  • Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain promptly with HMG-supported licensing)
  • Commitment to ethical sales practices and regulatory compliance
  • Eligibility to work in the applicable region and reliable internet/technology for remote or hybrid work as assigned
