How You'll Contribute

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and product-related inquiries for ASUS devices and solutions
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Educate customers on product features, updates, and best practices
