Spotify is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Insights team. You will help manage the growing complexity of internal data analytics projects, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and long-term growth. Your work will impact our understanding of user growth and help make Spotify more accessible across the diverse Indian landscape.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive user acquisition and engagement Support the optimization of new channels, platforms, and strategic marketing initiatives Measure user behavior to identify trends and insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Experience with statistical analysis and data mining techniques Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner Passion for music and alignment with Spotify's values of innovation, collaboration, and user focus
