• Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
• Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with ASUS’s mission and values
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of hardware and software solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Establish and maintain best practices for engineering processes, quality assurance, and sustainability
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep ASUS at the forefront of innovation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and uphold the highest standards of integrity and responsibility

• Proven experience (10+ years) in engineering leadership roles within the technology sector
• Demonstrated success in managing large, diverse engineering teams and complex projects
• Strong technical background in hardware and/or software development
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Track record of driving innovation and delivering high-quality products
• Commitment to customer satisfaction, sustainability, and ethical business practices
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD a plus)
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
