We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales efforts and elevate our brand presence in a competitive market. This role will drive revenue through strategic sales planning, creative marketing initiatives, and impactful partnerships. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has a strong understanding of corporate and group business sales, and possesses a proven track record of success in hotel sales and marketing. 2
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key corporate, group, and travel industry clients.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Partner with the General Manager and Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to promote the brand and generate business.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within a full-service hotel or resort.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team development skills.
Proficiency in sales and marketing software, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
