Experience working on transformation projects within an FP&A organization Understanding of financial planning and reporting processes Knowledge of best practices and latest applications of related technologies Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners Experience in business process management Strong financial modeling skills Proficiency in financial reporting Familiarity with cost allocations and profitability measurement Experience in management reporting and analytics Project and change management skills Ability to work in a high visibility role Capability to be a necessary partner at the intersection of finance and technology Flexibility to work from any US Block office or full-time remote
