ClassDojo is seeking a Growth Product Manager to help us achieve our mission of giving every child on Earth an education they love. As a Growth Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact, leveraging our powerful communication network that connects K-8 teachers, children, and families globally. You will work with a talented, entrepreneurial, and innovative team to pioneer the future of education.
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and data science. Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements. Monitor and report on key growth metrics and performance indicators. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth and product management.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Growth Manager, or similar role in a consumer internet company. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
