Responsibilities

  • Create detailed test plans and cases based on product requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on new software features.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve bugs and issues in a timely manner.
  • Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements for product enhancements.
  • Participate in regular scrum meetings and assist in setting testing priorities and timelines.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in software testing, particularly in a development or tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test cases and documentation.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
