Why This Role Matters

The mission of the Dasher Experience team, and the objective of your role, is to make DoorDash the platform of choice for prospective and existing Dashers by ensuring we have Dashers' backs at every stage, from signing up for an account to making a delivery to getting paid. This involves not only providing support when and where needed, but also identifying opportunities for improvement across the Dasher journey and working cross functionally to action on them. You will report to a Senior Manager on our Dasher Experience team within our larger Customer Experience Organization.
