How You'll Contribute

Provide strategic support for the CIO and Technology Leadership Team. Develop mid to long-term Technology Strategy for American Express. Assist with investment planning and internal modernization efforts. Create content and presentations for high-visibility projects such as Investor Day. Partner with Business, Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to create cohesive platform strategies and roadmaps. Form recommendations for investing in strategic and emerging capabilities. Enhance and mature existing capabilities and rationalize redundant capabilities across platforms. Drive business model evolution, growth, and innovation.

Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs in the evolving FinTech landscape. Capability to form strategic recommendations and perform build vs. buy analysis. Experience in enhancing and maturing existing capabilities and rationalizing redundant capabilities. Strong determination to achieve success in the marketplace and take personal accountability for delivering results.

Perks & Benefits

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
