Why This Role Matters

The People Strategy team seeks an individual contributor who can holistically view the entire Block ecosystem to improve critical people-related priorities. You will play an important part in supporting leaders and managers in managing and promoting changes guided by the business and people strategy. You will report to the Head of Global People Strategy and Planning for Block. Over time, the role will support improving organizational effectiveness through change support activities, insight-driven action, progress monitoring, and review.

Support leaders and managers in managing and promoting changes guided by the business and people strategy. Improve organizational effectiveness through change support activities. Provide insight-driven action to address people-related priorities. Monitor progress and review outcomes to ensure effective change management.
