Personal Lines Insurance Agent - Clearwater & Orlando, Florida

• Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with personal lines clients
• Provide insurance quotes and bind policies across various lines including home, auto, watercraft, motorcycle, workers comp, and bonds
• Assess individual client needs and match them with appropriate insurance solutions
• Handle renewals, policy changes, cancellations, and ensure up-to-date client documentation
• Cross-sell additional insurance products based on client needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
• Use the Nexsure agency management system daily to manage workflows and accounts
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to resolve policy or service issues

• Active 2-20 Florida Insurance License
• 1–2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
• Familiarity with Nexsure agency management system is required
• Additional system experience a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
