Why This Role Matters

MissionHires is seeking a remote Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives that connect passionate talent with purpose-driven organizations. You’ll lead analytics-informed marketing and product projects, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with our mission to bridge the gap between companies and passionate talent. This is a part-time role (approx. 6 hours/day, Monday–Friday).

How You'll Contribute

  • Own end-to-end project delivery across marketing, analytics, and product workstreams, from scoping to launch and retrospective
  • Build clear project plans, timelines, and OKRs; track progress, risks, and dependencies; communicate status to stakeholders
  • Translate business goals into actionable requirements and tickets; facilitate sprint planning and stand-ups
  • Leverage data and analytics to prioritize initiatives, inform decisions, and report impact on growth and engagement
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaign planning, channel mix, and performance optimization
  • Implement lightweight but effective processes for documentation, QA/UAT, and continuous improvement
  • Manage vendor/partner relationships and align on SLAs, deliverables, and budgets
  • Champion MissionHires’ values (Innovation, Passion, Impact, Growth) in team rituals and decision-making
  • Create clear dashboards and executive updates highlighting KPIs, learnings, and next steps
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining a high bar for quality and user impact

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3–6+ years of project or program management experience in tech, fintech, telco, or adjacent industries
  • Hands-on experience leading analytics- and marketing-driven initiatives; strong familiarity with acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
  • Demonstrated success working with or within enterprise environments (experience with companies like Visa, Telefónica, or similar is a strong plus)
  • Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Jira/Asana, Notion/Confluence) and data tools (e.g., Looker/Tableau, GA4, SQL basics preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams remotely, Monday–Friday, ~6 hours/day, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across marketing, product, data, and leadership; comfortable influencing without authority
  • Outcome-oriented mindset with experience setting OKRs and delivering measurable impact
  • Bias for innovation and iteration; able to implement scalable processes in a small, fast-moving team
  • Comfort working in an early-stage environment (1–10 employees) with autonomy and ownership
