This senior manager role will lead product prioritization and go-to-market strategy and execution for Beverage across our US company-operated retail stores. This high-visibility and key cross-functional role is responsible for defining which beverage products are featured in each promotional window by partnering across Product and Marketing to capture customer attention and deliver growth to the Portfolio. The senior manager leads a strategic point of view on a multi-year GTM plan to support the holistic Beverage strategy, capture new customer opportunities, and drive growth and drive profitability while balancing the impact to stores.

How You'll Contribute

  • Lead the strategic development of the 24-month Beverage GTM Calendar, identifying strategic questions/opportunities and partnering with cross-functional teams to find creative solutions.

  • Lead product prioritization for seasonal marketing campaigns, partnering with key marketing and product partners to ensure priority products are successfully represented through the GTM process.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize our current Beverage GTM approach and lead a cross-functional team to address them. Influence process improvements in partnership with Beverage PMO lead.

  • Leverage insights and partner cross functionally with Portfolio Management & Analytics, Product, Marketing, and Analytics & Insights to lead and coordinate efforts to answer key strategic questions on how beverage products show up in stores.

  • Author new product briefs for both finished and customized beverages to seize addressable customer and business opportunities, keeping our target customer and financial objectives in mind.

  • Partner closely with product owners to ensure final product concepts meet Portfolio needs. Thoughtfully engage Marketing to provide consultation to strengthen early concept development.

  • Partner with Menu Content Strategy team to ensure priority products are effectively represented in our café and DT signage channels throughout the year.

  • Serve as a Beverage subject matter expert with cross-functional teams to drive effective discussion and decisions around beverage GTM strategy and prioritization.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience in a related MOS/C

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in product or brand management

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Consistently uses communication skills to influence outcomes.

  • Ability to confidently develop and deliver recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Keen critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Ability to simplify and structure complex and ambiguous problems, leading teams to arrive at creative solutions.

  • Experience merging trends and other primary and secondary forms of research with fact-based business insights to arrive at sound strategic recommendations.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to resolve issues and debates independently in most situations.
