How You'll Contribute

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality and alignment with user needs
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, and drive resolution in a timely manner
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools
  • Advocate for best practices in QA, including continuous integration and delivery
  • Mentor and support junior QA team members
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance product quality and team efficiency

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on web and mobile applications
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Proficiency in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar)
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity, innovation, and enhancing quality of life for users
  • A passion for making a positive impact in the community, especially for older adults and families
