How You'll Contribute

  • Develop a deep understanding of key customer accounts and identify new growth opportunities to drive incremental revenue and profitability

  • Lead and manage annual strategic planning process by collaborating with sales, product, channel marketing and supply chain teams

  • Manage an agile scenario planning and analysis process for sales and business planning initiatives to expand mobile portfolio and ecosystem products for multiple customer accounts

  • Develop optimization plans for sales promotion effectiveness (attainment of program objectives) and efficiency (cost optimization) by collaborating with sales and channel marketing teams

  • Lead ad hoc business strategy and process optimization projects to better understand customer/channel behavior with structured analysis and present findings to SVP Level audience

  • Program manage and support multiple strategic initiatives by developing key milestones, KPIs/scorecards, progress/issue trackers and reporting to leadership

  • Program manage and lead digital strategy initiatives with indirect channel partners by implementing best practices for online and omni-channel experience

  • Collaborate with a large and diverse team in the areas of strategic, technical and operational role

  • Monitor and develop sensing on competitive sales, Samsung market positioning and market share across all relevant categories and price segments

Lead the creation of all materials and briefs for internal SEA/HQ business reviews and customer meetings

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelors required, Master’s preferred.

  • 10+ years of total experience in consulting, internal strategy or business planning roles

  • Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience with consumer mobile products (phone/tablet/watch/earbuds) and the underlying wireless technologies

  • Experienced in sales operations and planning, sales performance analytics

  • Expert level abilities in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

  • Strong business acumen, data and analytics experience

  • Ability to influence strategies and make decisions using a data driven approach

  • Ability to use a structured problem solving approach in an ambiguous situation

  • Plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to synthesize complex business information and make professional business presentations. Excellent oral and written communication.

  • Ability to establish and develop data models, scenario based analysis and other analytical approaches to solve business and operational problems

  • Ability to work in a team environment, working against individual and shared objectives

  • Ability to accept tasks and work to resolve problems, when only broad and general guidelines exist

  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail


Skills And Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred but not required

  • Ability to influence strategies and make decisions using a data driven approach

  • Ability to use a structured problem solving approach in an ambiguous situation

  • Ability to synthesize complex business information and make professional business presentations. Excellent oral and written communication.

Proficient in Analytics tools such as Tableau
