Consumer Insights, Measurement, & Analytics is a Global Marketing & Sales organization within Disney Experiences that drives consumer-centric decision-making through a deep understanding of the marketplace, consumers, and our guests. The Senior Manager, Consumer Insight will lead a team responsible for developing, executing, synthesizing, and leveraging research, analytics, and other internal and external sources of insight to shape Marketing Strategies that drive the business.
Lead a team to develop, execute, synthesize, and leverage research and analytics. Provide actionable insights that are clear, objective, strategic, holistic, timely, and relevant. Partner closely with Marketing and Sales Strategy, Customer Engagement, and Creative Teams. Advance a deep understanding of various consumer audiences including behaviors, motivators, attitudes, and barriers. Develop recommendations to shape Marketing Strategies. Oversee insight support for campaign development, testing, and measurement. Inform and measure marketing activations and tactics for the Walt Disney World Resort.
Proven success integrating research and business performance analytics to influence decisions. Solutions-oriented and optimistic leadership skills. Experience in consumer insights, measurement, and analytics. Ability to cut through noise to provide actionable insights. Strong collaboration skills to work with various teams. Experience in developing and executing research and analytics strategies. Ability to understand and analyze consumer behaviors, motivators, attitudes, and barriers.
